y account is totally screwed up. I have late fees, multiple interest transactions and a past due amount for a line of credit that is an ACH withdrawal. If you re aware of the issue, why has it not been fixed? Why do I have to keep contacting you about this issue? It is frustrating!

quick convenient friendly. I had lost my wallet recently with my id in it and because I have been a customer of Check City with my photo on file I was able to easily cash my check so I could go get a new ID. The bank sure wouldn't have cashed it for me without one or two forms of ID. Thank You Check City.

I asked of I could make my payment a single day late. The lady at the store told me that would be fine. When I went in the following day, I was told they had deposited my check and withdrew the entire loan amount from my checking account. This put me in the hole significantly causing. Me to close my bank account where I had banked for nearly 20 years. Liars. Thieves.
