Apr 21,2016I really appreciated that I could call the phone number on the reorder form that came with previous checks, talk to an actual person, that person was able to see my previous order based on the order number also on that form, and he could see that the previous order lasted us 2 years and not try to talk me into a larger order. It was exactly what I hoped for but don't usually experience elsewhere.

Apr 21,2016all my info was correct, it took a couple weeks to get the checks. I'm really disappointed in the quality of the graphics--looks cheap. I will probably try to return for a better quality picture. I'd be embarrassed to use these checks. Will see what they say about changing my graphics quality.

I was having a problem trying to change something on their site so I looked at other check outlets and found Checks Superstore. Your site is easier to use and I received the checks quicker than my previous supplier. On top of that, I saved about $8. Thanks!

Apr 20,2016This is perhaps the only company where I would prefer to talk to a customer service rep. They take care of your request promptly. Purchasing what I need was much easier than going through the website. I would suggest they change the website to provide more information on the orders. I have ordered a lot of checks and deposit slips for various accounts and can never determine which order number goes with what account. When talking to a rep, they are able to tell you immediately.
