Company appears to have gone bust despite taking £1.5k for a sideboard we are yet to receive (was due to be delivered in December 2022). Phone calls, emails, Instagram messages all going unanswered.
Ordered 8 weeks ago, no update on delivery, no response on email queries.
Still waiting for a delivery (placed 23rd Aug) that they said in Nov was being dispatched on the 23rd Dec, tried to contact Customer Services multiple times, with no luck. They don't answer the phone, response to voice messages, WhatsApp messages or reply to emails.
Our table arrived badly damaged. They do not answer emails, phone calls or direct messages. Don’t take a chance and order anything from them. Too many people in the same situation as us.
Scammers. Do not order with this company. Had an order with them since August 2022 and now in January 2023 I am still without my £500+ product AND am being constantly ignored. Owner Gareth Johnson works for Amazon as a Senior Development Manager and clearly has NO interest in providing any resolutions as he has ignored every avenue I have contacted him through.
Ordered a sideboard at the cost of £1000 on November 30th and pre Christmas delivery was reassured (7-10 days). It’s yet to arrive (currently 4th Jan). No response to emails, phone line says they are currently closed even though it’s within their stated opening hours. Option to leave a message doesn’t work. Im beginning to believe they have ceased trading. Awful.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs I believe this company is shut down. But still accepting orders with no emails or correspondence. Just shows how selfish and evil the owners are to not even reply to messages when they know people are trying to get in touch with them. The worst type of people.
Non existent Customer Care DO NOT USE please. I placed my order on the 1.12.22 , today is the 21.12.22 and have not received my order. No one answers their phone and they don’t respond to emails. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
I placed an order with ChesQuin on the 29/10/2022 and I still have not received it. Their customer service is non existent, they never pick up calls and don’t reply to emails. The only time I got an email response was after opening a dispute with paypal. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and will advice people to not order from them. I wish I had read the reviews before I did. I have asked for a refund now and really hope I get my money back.
Do not use. Ordered 2 bedside tables. Only one arrived. 3 emails and multiple calls not answered. Now going through credit card to get money back. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Great prices and amazing choice of products. The “delivery to front door only” was a bit of a surprise, but we are delighted with the sideboard, lamp and mirror that we ordered.
Rubbish company to deal with! Waited months for my coffee tables only for one of them to arrive damaged ! Customer service is non existent almost.. still waiting for this issue to be resolved!

Item was initially claimed to be delivered to someone called John. Chased this up for weeks whilst being ignored to be informed it had been lost in transit. A new item has since been delivered damaged and I have yet to hear a response regards to compensation or a resolution.
Absolutely not recommended. We are trying very hard to return a chair that appears poor quality and not as expected … we’ve spent a good number of hours trying to contact via phone / instant chat and email on numerous occasions.. the response is terrible and unhelpful or not there at all .. feeling very nervous that if we return at great cost (c£100 with insurance) we may not even get a refund. Address for return looks like a private home … Wilby Road, Stradbrook in Suffolk…. No confidence and feels like a scam… even contemplating driving 180 miles round trip to drop off our expensive chair. Be warned!
Awful! Ordered two chairs. Both faulty. This company has broken every Trading Standards regulation. 3 months later, chairs have eventually been collected and still no refund! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE
