I also like the fact that if something breaks it’s a phone call and a service and my steamer is back up and running. Stop throwing away your money and invest in one of these machines you won’t be disappointed.

Jan 19,2024Ordered the 155 model but came in with some damage. My email was returned before the next business day. I was given options of replacement or a discount for the damage. I was happy with the service. It was sorted out quickly and I was using my new steamer the next day.
