Contacted company but did not expect to get much come back as the lights only had a 6 month warranty. Very pleasantly surprised to be sent replacement lights straight away without any quibble. Excellent customer service and the lights are beautiful.

Dec 22,2020This tree is honestly so worth the money. It was quite heavy and such great quality. There are no gaps once the branches are opened out and I love it with the lights off as well as on. It isn't a bright green, it is more frosted green. The most beautiful tree I have ever owned.
