I only received one of the three of a kind light. I have been contacted anbout the delivery of the other two packages.

This fixture is a beauty and puts lovely pattern on the ceiling. Also looks nice on a dimmer. Does not give off tons of light but is perfect in my upstairs hall. Nicely made, classic and stylish all at once.

The fixtures and the hardware are of pretty good quality. The glass shades have too many air bubbles in them though. All three of mine that I ordered have those air bubbles which takes away from the beauty of the product. I was asked for photos, so I sent photos. They said the photos were unclear because of the wood background, my opinion differs and I would attach photos here if I could. Oddly, they stated they could only see a couples bubbles in the shades. That doesn't warrant any action I guess. They requested more photos, I'm not taking the lights apart again and taking more photos. Apparently a few bubbles in each of the glass pieces is fine with them. So if it's fine with you to have bubbles in the glass pieces then go ahead and buy these. The rest of the product, as I stated, is of good quality. I just removed a star for the futile waste of my time in this process,

Customer service was great!! I bought 3 lamps and when I received them they were a little bigger than what I needed and so I returned them. That was easy and the credit was given immediately to my account.

I purchased from Claxy for the very first time this month and I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with them. My pendant light fixture is of high quality and looks fabulous over my dining table. It's very chic and stylish and their prices are very reasonable. But more importantly, their customer support goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy! Way to go folks at Claxy. Mark me down as a very happy customer!!

Advertised as free returns but I was responsible for the return shipping ($122) for the items that were not as described in which case we didn’t like. Will not buy from again. Much easier to buy from the big box stores and return things for free that you don’t like.

Hard to place an order on website, no response to emails, difficulty in making a return, long processing time for a return. Other than all that bad news the 2 fixtures I ordered were packaged well and nice quality for the price
