I have always found the staff at cloud connected to be incredibly supportive. In particular, Walid has supported me time and time again on various issues. He is excellent at his job––he inevitably finds a solution even when there appears to be none! It's pure magic. But more importantly, he has always been ever so patient, kind, and pleasant in our interactions.
