Having read the good reviews on here I decided to give them a try. The website is basic, but says you will receive your code within 24 hours and an average of an hour. Paid £14.99 through PayPal. They ask for no info other than IMEI code (unlike other services). After paying, there is no info to tell you what happens next, but there is a free helpline to ring if you need to. There was no acknowledgment email. Nothing. 6 hours later, I was refunded. No code. No explanation given. No email. Nothing. While it's great that I'm not out of pocket, some communication would be nice. I had to then start over and get the code elsewhere. Disappointing

I am amazed & so happy with the service from this company! I was advised by EE I would have to wait for 10 working days to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S5, so I contacted an independent shop who quoted me £35 with a 4-5 day wait time!! I finally found the reviews for Code-Calculator.co.uk very good, so took a chance, and it was so worth it!!! My phone was unlocked under the 24 hour time frame, for only £14.99, and Eric who I spoke to was so helpful and reassuring! I will be recommending this company to everyone - again thank you so much!! :-)

Hi, used your site twice over the last two days, to unlock two HTC phones. Had no problems at all, very easy to do within 10 min. of sending my email I had my unlock codes emailed back to me. Bought a phone on E bay for my 10 year old son so that we could contact him anytime and he could always contact us if he had a problem. The phone was sold as unlocked by the seller, when we received the phone it was locked and the seller wouldn't respond to or messages. Our son was gutted. I contacted Code Calculator and a gent called Eric was very helpful and patient, with in 15 minutes he had our phone unblocked and working. I cannot begin so express how surprised at the excellent service that I received. Will recommend this service to absolutely everyone. Wish all companies were as good as Code Calculator.

Get the IMEI number right and there will be no problems. Good price, no weird downloads, no extras, no agg, 20 mins to get code and friendly staff on real numbers (not 0845 or 0909 etc) Brilliant!

Wasted weeks on-line, checking how to unlock it without paying. Unlocking boot logs and loading up files and stuff. For only a fiver it was a bargain.My local phone shop wanted £15! I was a bit weary of these sort of sites but looking at the reviews, I took a gamble. Well Pleased. Came into my Junk Mail though. Thanks
