Apr 16,2024From the beginning when the Challenge was first announced it was clear that the value on offer was immense. And this value feeling just kept building and building. Firstly in the structure, the daily workbooks and clear expectations of what needed to be done, and the exercises to take us out of our comfort zones. Secondly in the amazing community of supportive fellow participants and thirdly in the quality of the Cogito team itself led by Sarah. Very happy I took part!

I came to realise that my social media skills are woefully inadequate, something which I need to address as this is such a vital aspect of my intended property journey and something that is holding me back. Sarah's enthusiasm is addictive and her honest approach to all things property is refreshing and I will definitely be reconnecting with her again once i have addressed my specific skills shortcomings.

Sep 05,2023I hope Cogitio do not mind the analogy but like Jeremy Clarkson in Diddly Squat Farm, the tv programme did more to convey the mechanisms of a working farm in one series than 30 years of Countryfile ever managed to, likewise Cogito provided me with a complete insight of what is required to set up your own business. The five day challenge leaves you wanting to know more, and empowers you to take the step in the knowledge Cogito will provide you with the complete package of information and support you will need to succeed.

The use of the white board 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 gave a clear visual representation of how to approach my goals and plans. Her training and teaching techniques are right for different people with different ways of learning. Sarah was so patient giving me time to express my thought and not rushing to conclusion. Feb 27,2023I took part in the free challenge which was excellent. The accompanying workbook was of a high standard - I used it daily to complete tasks that had been thoughtfully considered to give maximum value. I will continue to refer to it in the coming months as I now have a very doable plan of action to move forward. The energy in the group was high, driven by Sarah Poynton Ryan whose genuine interest in motivating people to get started and grow in property is palpable. We finished the challenge feeling authentically connected to each other. I have done alot of challenges, and this one is amongst the very best. I started working with Cogito Wealth about 2 years ago, but couldn't continue for personal reasons. I realised at that time that this was a valuable group, so retained my membership and am now ready to restart the programme. There have now been many additions to what was already an excellent programme of study and support. So I have no hesitation in recommending Cogito Wealth for learning about property, compliance and getting the support needed to succeed.
