Mar 21,2012The website is great and the product is the right one but it took over a week to deliver the part for which I paid £7.50 delivery. I would have accepted 2-3 days or at least a telephone call to say the item was out of stock. However, when chased, no explanation was given except "I don't know why this hasn't been sent yet". When one has a leak in a tenanted property, you rely upon decent service to resolve the issue, however due to the rather tardy delivery, this was not as easy as it should have been. I will think twice before using this website again for urgent parts; which is a shame because otherwise I was happy with the part, the price and the ease of use of the website. I hope this was an unfortunate one-off.

Apr 02,2012As a DIY-er, I only needed a few items, but I found them easily at colglo.co.uk. I was a little surprised that they did not have brass unequal nipple connectors, but the cost of stainless steel was hardly any more. Prices were good and, although carriage is a little more than some other suppliers charge, the total cost was less. Delivery was very swift. Very satisfied!
