Feb 02,2021It was a good overall experience. I felt we spent too much time on alcohol. The instructor was obsessed with California. This is a Texas course. A few times I was made to feel inadequate due to answering questions about driving in Texas under adverse conditions, because according to the instructor Texas doesn't have adverse conditions only other states. This is a Texas concerned course. I HAVE driven in adverse conditions in other states, but in Texas as well even though they may not be as bad as other states. As I said this was a Texas course. I got to the point where I did not want to participate due to the instructor. With that said, this is the second time I have taken this course through your office. I would do it again, even though I hope I don't have a need to. I got my certificate in a timely manner. I paid extra to have it emailed. I appreciate it. I was able to get it to the courts sooner than I thought.

May 06,2019Gean McGuire was informative, relaxed, and entertaining. He had a positive attitude had a good sense of hummer which made the class enjoyable and the time was well spent. We met at the Spaghetti Warehouse where there were several other that shared their experiences and learned a lot from each other and we all had a good time. Overall I had a positive experience and got to enjoy some good food at the Spaghetti Warehouse. I hope I never have to come back but if I do this is the place to go. Thank you Mark for the Comedy Guys. Gean you did a great job. Thanks.

May 01,2019Ken was great, much better than sitting online. He was entertaining and very informative. The inclusive lunch was good too. However, he was wrong on one issue. He indicated that it was necessary for oncoming traffic to stop for a school bus on the opposite side of a median. Its simply not true. In Texas, you do not have to stop for a school bus with lights on when divided by a median. Is it wise to slow down and be cautious,,, ABSOLUTELY. However, if you have ever known a school bus driver, they are not allowed to drop children in that situation. They are required to use the upcoming turnaround or use the backside of their route...Great experience, Although, I am not hoping to do it again soon......LOL

Mar 31,2019I learned a few things that had changed since I took the drivers test years ago. It was good information, wrapped in laughter. Our moderator, Kelly Bob, was great! He didn’t tell stale jokes. It was all impromptu and hilarious. The day flew by. I highly recommend this company for Defensive Driving.

Aug 07,2018The online course worked well. I haven't taken other online courses so I can't compare but here are the pros and cons: PRO: 1. Good information. I thought content was relevant. 2. Very clear where you are in the course. Easy to pick up where you left off 3. Questions were not hard to answer. The "make sure you watched the video" questions were generally easy to guess if you missed the detail they are asking about, but I did miss two and had to "re-watch" the video. CONS: 1. Ya, not very funny. But oh well. 2. Constantly have to click to next section after timer for current section expires every 45 seconds to 10 minutes depending. I guess they are required to make sure you spend a certain amount of time on each section. So that is about it. Yes it must take 6 hours plus one hour "break". Those are the rules. However not hard to pass and I was only lightly paying attention. Was actually kind of half watching while watching the news on TV.
