Placed order, delivered next day but found a small dimple/defect in the porcelain. Placed a call and a new toilet is being delivered tomorrow! Cannot ask for better service! Polite, friendly and the quickest response time ever! Prices are excellent and as far as what we purchased, have remained the same, so very pleased with that as well. Huge thank you to Daniela Godwin who took my call and sorted anll this out in a matter of minutes! So grateful ... x
