Having not used the company before - I received very polite emails asking exactly what we wanted which made me feel as though I wasn't speaking to a robot and we received samples in the post very promptly to check we could fit everything in. Once we chose the size, we had proofs of styles and colours sent over for us to chose from and once chosen we had the bags within days. Aug 10,2015We came across Bown Enterprises Ltd from a google search of conference bags. Their website was very easy to use as we managed to narrow down our options. We were provided with samples of our choices and from here made a decision. Our logo was added however we changed the design spec a couple of times which Bown were happy to amend. After placing the order goods were received as advised at time of booking. We are all very pleased with the order and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to order conference bags.

Their communication was great and consistant especially when it came to proofing our artwork. The printing quality was very good and we will certainly be using Conference Bags again - Thank you!

Everyone at our Conference this year commented on how good the bags were (some came back for two!) and the lanyards were exactly as we wanted them. I would never use anyone else.

As we, and our customers, were so happy with the bags we re-ordered again once stocks ran low. The first order was dealt with professionally and was quite a simple process, the re-order was even easier and the delivery was extremely quick. I am sure we will return again in the future.

Sep 08,2015Conference Bags provided an outstanding and reliable service throughout our event. We ordered some preliminary materials (pens, lanyards, notepads) for our large conference. The quality was very high and the materials were delivered on the date specified. Our conference bags were amazing, we were thrilled with the style, quality and printing and had many, many comments from delegates who unanimously agreed it was the best conference bag they'd ever received. All in all, an outstanding job and I've already recommended the company to colleagues who are equally satisfied with the service and materials provided.
