Dec 31,2024I thought your engineers did a great job the young lady that helped my son inlaw with our telephone connection was excellent and I thought you were a 5star plus service until I veiwed The Gladiator film last night the system kept buffering as it was unable to keep up to speed the picture froze twice and was not at all what I expected.I hope this issue can be resolved it is very disappointing. The support personnel at connect fibre have all been very helpful and have always tried to resolve my queries as quickly as possible, giving feedback via phone, text or voicemail so I’m updated on the progress. I am very pleased with the current offers on the pricing structure with substantial savings compared to other providers. Overall, I am very satisfied with my switch to Connect Fibre.
