His experience as an ex-Amazon seller is massively helpful for me given the same nature of my business. He also always seems to be on the same wavelength as me in terms of what I'm asking and how it will benefit my business Daunting processes like VAT and going from Sole Trader to LTD Company have been made as smooth as possible. I now feel I can just trust my accountant to deal with that side of the business so I can focus on the bits i'm actually good at. Recommended.

Oct 16,2024- It’s a modern, tech focused service, allowing for paperless accounting operation. - All my dealings have been with people who are responsive, knowledgable and professional, whilst, crucially, also being approachable - My previous experience of accountants is that they’re slightly awkward and not particularly great at a consultative, conversational based communication. - The accountants are COPA are always on hand to have a conversation about any topic relating to my business - whether it is strictly accountancy based, or not. My overall impression of the firm is that is consists of a bunch of young, dynamic, ambitious people who are eager to deliver on the needs of their clients, care about the experience their clients receive and want to try an innovate as much as possible. As opposed to my previous experience, which is that of an industry made up of a highly skilled information processors with little to no interest in the businesses of the clients for whom they work.
