This allowed us to fully understand how we would move from concept to final goal. There were a lot of touch points, and I can't think of anything off the top of my head in terms of what they could do better. They were able to take and incorporate our feedback. I give them high marks for listening and understanding our website needs.

The reason I chose them is that they seemed to have an individualized approach to website development, whereas other vendors used more standard, cookie-cutter templates that they just filled in with logos and colors. Their work had a cleaner look.
