Cotswold shoes are named after one of England’s largest Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, The Cotswolds. We had humble beginnings as a brand, starting off as a range of stylish, comfortable golf shoes. Our outstanding waterproof protection meant our golf shoes became more popular, helping us grow into the must-wear brand for amateur and professional golfers around the world.
Once we launched our lifestyle range, Cotswold became renowned among festival goers for our wellingtons as well as families for our hiking boots. Today, Cotswold has an impressive portfolio of Lifestyle, Hiking, Wellington and Slipper styles suited for the way of life of people living in the beautiful Cotswolds area, for every walk in life.
Great comfortable wellies for walking the dog at a great price! Quick delivery and look forward to ordering more from their range in the future!
I recently bought a pair of Cotswold Wotton Bootie Slippers to add to my growing collection (I have both short and tall wellies already from here). They are super high quality, come in fab packing and have been incredibly comfortable. They fit snug to begin but once the sheepskin pushes down slightly they fit like a glove!
Yet another very bad experience of the Cotswold wellingtons. Don’t be fooled by their good looks and comfort as they will leak within 12 weeks like mine did. And this is a company who thinks the customer is a complete moron by suggesting that it’s the customer at fault. Complete rogues that use cheap rubber compounds. Why aren’t trading standards doing something about this rogue company?
I bought a pair of boots on 26/12/23 and they arrive and they were not advertised correctly. I am a size 6 and have never had a problem with any make of shoe, trainers or boots. I order a 6 and they fit however these boots are so narrow and this was not advertised in their description. I have emailed them 3 time-01/01, 04/01 and 09/01 and I’ve received no response with regards to this. They do not offer free returns which is shocking when they have advertised the boots falsely. Steer clear of this company Shocking, disappointed and would never use again purely on their customer services
Bought a pair of cotswold men wellies for nearly £80. Wore them about 15 times.over 1yr and the left o e let's in water. It appears the seam is not secure. I tried complaining but not goid they didn't want to know. Absolute crap quality. Avoid this company.
Most uncomfortable shoes I have ever owned. Bought two pair and good but No lining to protect feet from outer material. Broke the skin above my toes. Avoid avoid avoid!
I bought a pair of Sheepscombebshoes and a pair of Churchill shoes at the same time. Both pairs were of very poor quality as, within a relatively short space of time, both suffered from the upper separating from the soles. Clearly there was not enough upper material to bond properly with the sole. On this experience, I will not buy Cotswold shoes again.
Rubbish quality boots, despite marketing them as perfect for dog walking and wet weather the boot buckles broke and the soles wore out within 3 months of purchase. Cotswold customer service is HORRENDOUS. AVOID this brand at all costs!
Delivery and product was great from this company but I’m still waiting on my refund over the 10 days they specify!! I’ve emailed twice and NO-ONE gets back to you!!!
Unsure on the size as I am a 8,5 UK. Customer Service was very helpful when called and once ordered the shoes ordered arrived with 5 working days. At least £15 cheaper than anywhere else for the same product. Great service.
Hazelton 2 shoes - I bought a pair from next, heel split after about 2 months had an exchange. 2nd pair same thing happened again. Had a 3rd pair same thing happened again. I have written 2 reviews on their website but for some strange reasons they have disappeared. Avoid these shoes.
Disappointed. Shoes where about £85 and after a short while started to leak. I would expect the shoes of that price to last longer than that. Company not interested, and say I should go back to retailer. Will not be buying from them again.
Shoes came quickly, not suitable so returned. Took them 3 weeks to refund after multiple emails chasing. Wouldn’t buy from them again I don’t know why it took so long
Awful customer service, wrong size boots were sent out (two sizes smaller than ordered). Returned and told no exchange possible. Then had to repeatedly chase for a refund which I finally recieved two weeks after they recieved the boots back. AVOID!!!!!!
I loved these boots ,they look the part I seldom use them but they are wearing out super fast .in a downpour of rain they leaked in . I let them dry out naturally and noticed the soles were coming away from the boots I am very disappointed they are just 1year old . Graham Stephen.
Online order not received by Royal Mail allegedly for several days. I checked the tracking code daily from day of order and this continually stated "..not despatched to Royal Mail yet" Phoned customer service today and was not treated as a valuable customer "....Royal Mail have been on strike and it's not our fault..." Effectively, that's yer lot mate... Disappointing especially as I wanted the boots for the weekend just gone. When I said that I may take the option of refusing the delivery..."You'll have to pay for return shipping....." NOT good customer service and I wish I had paid the £2.00 extra and bought from Amazon. At least I would have had the boots delivered next day.....
I bought a pair of Toddington walking / hiking shoe 5/7/2022.The sole and heal are completely worn through (25/10/2022). They have had light use only, walking mainly on grass and woodland paths. I contacted Cotswold and they didn't want to know. Complete waste of money.
Bought shoes just over a year ago and they are already falling apart but the retailer refuses to take any action where you would expect shoes for £55 to last beyond 15 months
I bought a pair of wellies - from Mole Valley, Andover - the Cotswold minichampton range - within 3 months i had holes/splits on both boots letting in masses of water when I walk my dog in the stream...just where the foot bends on top...I was told by Mole Valley that they would not refund as it was not a manufacturing error...they are 2 sizes bigger than my usual size so not tight...what could be the cause???...usually wellies last 20 years not 3 months...wont buy anything again from either companies

Mar 31,2024I bought a pair of Cotswold Farmington Dealer Boots in Jan 21. They were really comfortable and looked good BUT…. The heels quickly deteriorated so badly that I ended up with 3 holes in both boots. I actually bought another pair in March 23 and the same thing has happened. They just don’t last.
