May 12,2018This Agent not very honest. I was told if I used the solicitor and lenders of the seller choosing, I will have a better chance to win the house. But surely this has nothing to do with the seller, in fact the Agent it self have an agreement with a firm of solicitors to refer work to them in return for a referral fee, which will be added to my bill. I found out soon after I agreed to use the recommended firm, as I was charged quite high fees by them. They acted fast somehow, that's the only positive I could think of, but once everything is settled (contract exchanged) they would not be bothering to answer any of your queries anymore.

Apr 10,2024Sad excuse for an estate agent. Had to complain regarding ignoring my request to view a property. A male worker who claimed to be a manager was rude. I called to make a complaint. 4 weeks later still not heard nothing. This discriminative and oppressive organisation persistently ignore my request to view the property. I am sure the seller is not aware. Think twice before allowing this unprofessionsal and discriminative organisation sell your home.
