Dispatch and delivery were prompt. However I dislike the product. In real life it looks like cheap plastic that you would use to hide exposed wires with. It’s not worth sending back because after delivery and return costs I wouldn’t be left with much of a refund. Also it has to be returned in original packaging but unfortunately ripped it apart whilst opening. Not sure what to do with them now!

Very pleased with the ceiling rose, it looks great and was easy to put up. Very lightweight. Thank you to the guy on the phone for the advice about my uneven ceiling. It has really transformed the room.

Easy to navigate web site, extremely well packaged ceiling roses, fast delivery and great communication. Can't wait to see what my ceiling roses look like when they are in situ. Unfortunately two out of the three celing roses came with the paint damaged and peeling. Coving Direct were very quick to respond and said it was down to the manufacturer and to use a damp cloth to take of loose pieces and repaint. This is not the point nor what we paid for and I personally wouldn't have sent them out as they were. After repainting you can still see where the paint had come off. Disappointing to say the least especially after we were so patient after a delayed delivery due supply.

This is the best place to buy coving, they have great products and prices, I ordered the"Orlando" coving and it was primed and looked very neat, it's a little flexible which is great for uneven walls, I'm very happy with the quality and the finish, I had great customer service and will be ordering here again for sure. Thanks
