Aug 15,2017My cowhide and doorstop are both excellent. My only criticism is that they arrived very poorly packaged - it was a battered, broken cardboard box with nothing to protect the contents. I'm lucky they hadn't been damaged on their journey.

Jul 26,2017Our rug went AWOL for a few days as we missed a delivery slot and it went into the UPS delivery 'black hole'....Cowhiderugs instantly offered a full refund if it wasn't delivered. it was in fact delivered 2 days later by UPS (who were actually very efficient) . It looks wonderful, but I was very impressed by the instant no quibbles refund offer, had we had a problem.

The colour and pattern are lovely, the photographs on the website, although good don't do it justice. If I could think of somewhere else in my house to put one I would definitely buy another from the same company. Thank you!
