The rug is softer and thicker than many I have seen in the shops, with no flat/balding spots, as I have seen on many others in stores. Nov 17,2016Couldn't have been easier. I went for one of the larger rugs with mottled colours which looks great on the wooden floor. Delivery was really quick and it all rolls up into a surprisingly small box for ease. Quality of the rug was excellent. Great service all round.
