Oct 16,2024Appointment arranged within a week of phoning. Kyle arrived within the time slot and completed two repair jobs within an hour. The bill for labour and a replacement part was around £100. Very friendly, professional service from initial phone call to job completion.

Nov 07,2022This mob keeps sending me text messages telling me my gas boiler is due a service when they don’t know where I live or what kind of heating I use, they must have retained my phone number from around ten years ago and roll it out every November, I told them I never deal with any company that sends me unsolicited messages but I think the penny hasn’t dropped yet

Nov 24,2021Having received a competitive quote I went ahead with installation of two vertical radiators. The installation was on time, looked great and Rob was very pleasant. After 3 weeks, one radiator had stopped working; only partially heating up. Cozy Heat came out to balance the flow to make it work again at an additional charge.
