Sep 05,2024We have felt really let down by Crafty Creations. We were so pleased at the beginning, we had help during the ordering process and were guided on lead times for it arriving in our new home and were encouraged by the positive communication. We were told our order would be closer to 4 weeks than 6 and in the end it was 10 weeks and very poor communication about the delays and delivery problems. When the table arrived, it was beautiful but completely the wrong colour, completely different to what we’d ordered. This was acknowledged in messages and we were told we would be sent lacquer to spray it ourselves which is not ideal when you’re spending nearly £1000 on a custom built piece of furniture, however, we agreed as we just really wanted it sorted. The lacquer has never arrived - a few messages to say there are IT problems ordering it and now they’ve stopped replying to our messages and we’re stuck with a table that doesn’t go with any of our furniture. We feel very let down and disappointed by this company and would not recommend. We will be going through our bank to try and claim a refund as the goods are not sold as advertised.

Looks perfect in the centre of our dining room, you can tell a lot of work has gone into the production, it’s a real statement piece. Love it, big up the Crafty Creations MCR team.

May 23,2024I ordered a table from Crafty Creations MCR following a recommendation from a family member. Although the final table is exactly what I wanted, unfortunately I've not had the best experience getting to this point. * The table arrived damaged on 26th April; the base unit was scratched and one of the legs too short, which meant it wasn't fitted correctly to the table top. * Spoke to Ben, made him aware, he apologised and arranged for a new base to be made * The replacement base arrived on 17th May but didn't fit the original holes. The Delivery Driver explained that 4 additional holes would need to be drilled into the table top to allow the new base to fit. I spoke to Crafty Creations and was offered a partial refund to compensate for this. This was agreed; additional holes were drilled and the new base fitted to the table top * The refund was agreed to on 17th May and I provided my bank details. This was responded with a request for photographs of the issue so it could be investigated. I advised the member of staff that the refund had been agreed on the phone with Ben. * Confimation email received on 18th May to let me know refund would be processed * No refund received, so I followed up with an email on 21st & 22nd May with no response. I rang on 22nd spoke to Ben who advised that he would process the refund * 22nd May - partial refund received Overall I am pleased with my new table, it looks good and it is great quality. My negative experience relates to how the issue with the damaged based was rectified. If the team knew that the base was bespoke to the table top, a brand new table top and base could have been offered back in April and the issue would of been resolved

Sep 01,2023We’d just finished an extension and got a brand new kitchen. Getting a table to fit and look good felt like an important decision which was difficult to make online. Ben was so helpful and invited us to the showroom to look at the colours and an example they had ready to go. Service was brilliant from start to finish; the delivery blokes were great too! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for your bespoke furniture needs!

Sep 13,2024The table that we ordered was delayed and ended up taking twice as long as initially informed. Only got updates about it when we asked for them. Table arrived with a mark on the top that must’ve occurred during manufacturing and they haven’t responded when asked about this since.
