I contacted Create Gift Love via the website and got a response from Georgia which was helpful but still not quite what i wanted. I described the circumstances to Georgia via email and she agreed to modify the standard key ring fob for me. The result has been a perfect expression of the success. This may be a small company but it clearly has a big heart with great understanding of the needs of its customers. The products are from sustainable sources and the customer service I received is second to none. I will use this company again and recommend them to any of my friends looking for similar products.

Both were over the moon with the key rings and now have matching his and hers for their car and work van! Delivery was super quick, paid for express and it certainly was. Also managed to misspell my address as it was going to work, a quick email and it was sorted. Excellent service! Will use again.
