Jan 22,2025Customer Service is 2nd to none - Recently broke a park for my GHK G5 (already a pain to find parts for this gun as most retailers sell out very quickly) On his website the part showed “out of stock” but upon reaching out was met with an immediate response to say he will try his best for getting the part I need (a tiny pin for the trigger unit) Great response times, realistic expectations, nothing more I could ask for personally, 5/5 stars and a 10/10 experience overall

Nov 18,2024I have had one of the best customer experiences of my life. I bought an airsoft toy from them which came quickly and at a great price. I then needed a part for the toy, that was not easy to get. I tried multiple retailers and the manufacturer and was left wanting. Out of desperation, i contacted CRW and although initially the part was still not available, they remembered me 6 months later when they had the part available and contacted me. Fantastic customer service there.

Purchased replica (could not find cheaper retailed for it in UK, saved over £70) and already got few extra items lined up, which I would need to import otherwise, as it doesnt seem that anybody else in UK has. Great prices in general. Really recommend it and looking forward to future purchases!

Jul 19,2024Called the company beforehand to check for some specific magazines, the guy over the phone was extremely helpful and answered my query leading to me ordering shortly after, even called after making the order to check if I had enough as the website was showing the incorrect number available, great service, easy to use website and great selection of airsoft equipment! Immediately sent the tracking order and had it posted same day! 100% will be ordering again for some more parts after payday.

Made a mistake with a purchasing option, contacted them and they helped resolved it very quickly. They informed me when they would ship my item and supplied photos of it as well! Left me with a good impression. Update Jun 18, 2024: Finally got my package, it is a dummy PVS-14 model, completely non functional but great for looks and is built good in itself. Packaging is done well, encountered no problems with pieces missing or damage.

I didn’t hold out much hope, however CRW was able to source the part (from Japan no less!) and ship it to me. Incredibly impressed and will definitely use them in the future 👍
