Aug 25,2017You were very efficient in attending to the fault we had with our boiler and fixed the problem without delay. The only slightly frustrating issue we had was receiving an invoice for the work when we have a service contract. Whilst this was corrected pretty swiftly with a new invoice there was no explanation regarding the error. If it wasn't for this hiccup we would have rated you 5 stars.
