Apr 02,2024Currency Transfer is still holding onto my 4000 USD for over 2 weeks as they claim they can’t track the money that has gone into their own account. Have provided proof of payment and all related docs to no avail….. Scary to think that they seem unable or unwilling to locate money in their own bank account?

Jan 17,2024Have been making transfers (EUR, GBP and AUD) with this company for the last 12 months or so and the service has been fantastic. The service is efficient, flexible and cost effective. The platform provides trade alerts if you need it and the guys provide a great customer service, with helpful and quick response to queries, either via whatsapp, calling through the CT office or email.

Oct 25,2023I was terrified to use this service as Id only exchanged currency with banks before. But after a lot of research I decided to try it out. The quotes were about 2-3% better than the bank was offering. They were on top of it, and transferred the USD to my bank within 10 minutes of receiving the wire of the Euros. They did their due diligence to ensure I was legitimate and the funds transferred were as well. There was an account manager- Nick. He was on top of things, and easy to reach with any questions and walked us through the process. Will definitely use them again. I took the time to write this because the reviews here influenced my decision to use them.

Jul 03,2024I work in Saudi and have been using Currency Transfer for the last 6 months or. Prior to using Currency Transfer I was using my local bank. The difference in exchange rates is almost half of what my bank was charging. They are an extremely reliable and genuine company. I would never transfer money through my normal bank again.
