Dec 11,2024The quality and styles of the press on nails are excellent. I have had a little bit of trouble receiving the correct nails 3 times and 1 of my orders is taking a long time getting to me. My concerns with the wrong nails being sent has been excellent and I know that shipping is out of your control once the shipper has picked up the order.

Dec 10,2024I have used Curvelife many times. I love the great variety of nails they have and the great quality. However with this last order it's been almost a month and I still haven't received it. Customer service has given me an update with a tracking number after I contacted them and I hope to receive my order soon.

Dec 09,2024I did not expect an answer so fast. I absolutely love this product and was sad to see my nails go green. He explained that it wasnt a product issue but an application issue. I wasn't sealing the nail correctly so moisture was getting in and staying there causing all that green stuff to happen. It made so much sense because i do wear gloves and my hands do sweat a lot due to the long periods of wearing the gloves. I am so glad this is the issue and it can easily be solved cuz they have such great new arrivals and im super excited about those

Dec 09,2024As a customer who has placed numerous orders over a couple of months, I was sent an email offering me a one off 40% discount voucher. I was thrilled and of course placed a big order immediately. When I applied my discount code the 40% failed for some reason and only 20% came up. When I contacted the customer service department I was offered 10% off as a compensation. Not good enough Curve life. You want to keep my business then honour your 40% offer.

Dec 13,2024I mentioned how the nails did not stay nor were any different from the convenience store brands and Curvlife reached out to me and sent me their "better" glue and I do like it! It does last and instead of most of my nails falling off after a long day with working/typing, cooking, cleaning, baths for kids, only 1-2 nails fall off. So yes I do approve!! and will continue to use :) thanks.
