I contacted CurvLife because the discount code wasn’t calculating correctly. Chris in customer service helped me and once I placed my order with the wrong discount, Chris refunded the remaining amount of the discount to my credit card. Thank you Chris!

Great customer service by Chris. I didn't get s 20.% until after I placed my order. I emailed Curv Life and Chris responded with a credit. He did a great service to a customer.

My experience has been great with them. Daniel is very attentive, caring and she will work with you. There customer service team member daniel is efficient and effective. She has provide me with the up most respect, care and making sure i'm satisfied with the services.Daniel has resolved my issue with no problem. Also there products are great and there prices are fantastic, so if your on a budget and need of a pampering you day, you can give your self a great manicure and pedicur that will look and feel as if you went to a professional to get it done, and there instruction video is great,understandable and easy to understand on how to give yourself that look your going for.

Update: After sending my replacement order picks over, I was told I should receive the new products within 7-16days and that theybshould ship within 2-4days from the order date. Here I am 15days later and the products have not shipped yet. When I inquired about it I was given a very brief, undetailed answer that at least one product had gone on backorder and was not informed which one it was or given the option to choose a differ product which was in stock. Because of this I am reducing my rating and may still reduce further if this situation is not remedied. I reached out with the intention to cancel and return/refund my order as I did not receive a set of nails in time for an event and then the other set ended up being too long for my preference. I truly appreciate the prompted and hassle free assistance that both Johnny and Daniel, with the Online Customer Service Team, provided. I was actually able to get new designs sent out. Their reassurance that I can continue to contact them with questions or comments was greatly appreciated.
