Oct 23,2024I reached out to curvlife when I didn't receive my nail package. Chris was a big help from the get go. He told me step by step what I needed to do and when I exhausted those options he offered to resend my nails! As he was getting ready to pack and ship he found out that one of the nail sets I ordered is out of stock. He reached out and offered to let me pick out a different style. I let him pick it out!

Oct 26,2024Ordered for first time 10/1 and it didn't ship until 10/20. Received today, 10/25, and nothing I ordered was in the package. These are not even my style. Original order had 2 sets of Halloween nails as gifts and now I'm stuck out of my money & with no Halloween gifts. Beyond unprofessional & I am so upset.
