Jan 09,2025I ordered these for Christmas on December 8th. I ordered five sets, glue, etc. Unaware that this is a Chinese company, I thought I should have them within two weeks. However, they arrived on Christmas eve. I was excited to put them on but unfortunately, my nail size was either too small or too big. The glue also wouldn't stick to my nails. Anway, I contacted them for a refund and they came back with they will give me 30% back and I can keep the rest. I did not want 30% back nor to keep the rest. I received an email back stating that they would make it right. Next, thing I'm getting a notice of a 30% refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Jan 09,2025Great experience! I realized after submitting my order that I had entered the wrong address for shipping and contacted customer service via email. I received a response from Johnny in customer service that he had updated my address to the correct one. I am very impressed with how quickly I received a response. I’m very excited to receive my order!

Jan 09,2025Curve Life gives me the variety I need with the convenience of being able to do my own nails as needed. Their customer service is very responsive and if any problems do occur, they make it right. I have tried other companies and been disappointed with the low quality of the nails. Curve Life nails are indeed an alternative to gel nails from a salon. There are so many shapes and styles to choose from that I can experiment with them knowing it is a short term commitment. They are also very durable, but the when you are ready to take them off, just use the remover and they are easily removed. I generally change my nails every two weeks as they grow out.

Jan 09,2025Yep, super frustrating. Ordered nails for Christmas, still haven’t received them. Emailed customer service twice, no response either time. Duped by another shady company in China! To the tune of $53! Their tracking only goes as far as customs in the United States. Apparently there is no shipping from Chicago??! UPDATE: Suddenly the shipment is in my town, and it looks like it will arrive this week. Fingers crossed UPDATE: They arrived shortly after my last update; apparently there is a customs backlog in Chicago bc it took 1 week+ for the USPS to start moving them. The lack of response to my inquiries was inexcusably frustrating, but given the pace of commerce with China, I can’t honestly be surprised. I think that’s a cost of doing business there. But they are beautiful and the glue is next level - not ONE fell off or even started to. I changed them bc the white of the tips kept getting nicked off. Not the tips, mind you, just the white. Several sets are very wide for my (frustratingly small) nail beds. But that’s a personal problem! I’ve already placed another order.

Not to mention the semi solid glue is a must and a game changer!! My nails stay on for several weeks. You won’t regret trying these and you will be hooked!!

They arrived fast, the quality is top notch, and it looks like I spent a lot of money at the nails salon. I loved them so much I just ordered 6 more pairs. I'm highly impressed with this company. Their customer service also responds incredibly fast.
