The production process was fast, and the end result exceeded my expectations. I would definitely work with them again!

Denise is always super responsive and goes above and beyond with photos and even videos of boxes in production and helping to explain all the details! She's my go to box person now, and she never fails!! Beautiful boxes, quick and speedy service, and a great resource to work with for all of your luxury and mailer box needs! Can't wait to get my next order in!!

Jul 26,2024The consistency of quality customer service and product services has been outstanding. Nancy who is one of the representatives, has assisted me the last few years and has been excellent. When we consumers spend dollars, it's very important when your provider is detailed and professional when going over your order. Nancy spends however long it takes to make sure you get exactly what you need. The communication that is implemented throughout the process is A1!!! Thanks to custom Boxes who I will continue to use throughout the course of my business.

Jul 20,2024I've been using CBH since 2019 and just recently received another order without any issues - Nancy has been great! My experience with them over the last 4 years has been excellent and I'll continue using them. The boxes they make for me are top-notch and many of my customers comment on the look and quality of the boxes. I've read some of the bad reviews and don't understand them, my experience has been nothing like that. I would highly recommend CBH to anyone.

Apr 16,2024We received a beautiful product from Custom Boxes Hub. I am very pleased with the end result – the soft touch finish and silver foil on the magnet close boxes turned out perfectly. My shipment did arrive in two separate sets, which I wasn't aware of, so that was a little frustrating. The boxes also shipped from outside the United States so I would plan ahead for extra time when ordering in the future. Overall, I am very happy with the product!

Mar 13,2024WORST BOX COMPANY EVER. Giving them a 1-Star Rating is BEYOND generous. Rather than get into a long drawn out story on all the events that transpired (lie after lie after lie after lie...) I just want to WARN YOU TO RUN LIKE HELL FROM USING THEM. Most dishonest company I have ever worked with, and I don't even know if they really are in the Dallas TX location as it took over 4 months after placing an order to arrive, AFTER sitting in CUSTOMS for over 2-1/2 months of which I wasn't even aware that my boxes were outsourced overseas. And, when they arrived, WORST PRINT JOB EVER - super pixelated images instead of using my Hi-Rez AI file.I was told that if I wanted my high res file printed, I needed to let them know ahead of time. You can't be serious!! They were. SERIOUSLY, SAVE YOURSELF A CRAP TON OF FRUSTRATION by finding a more reputable USA company. Less is not always best, you get what you pay for. •••They should be investigated for their SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES ••• they have a fake USA address that they post on their website. Don't get duped by these Scammers. UPDATE 3/13: I had posted a negative 1 star review about them on GOOGLE with photos of the crappy print job, and Google took it down. Shame on them. People need to know how bad this company is, and telling the truth so others don't get burned is why you review a company.

I shared all the details regarding the type of box i needed. They asked me a a few question about the type finishes and style of the box. The whole process remain smooth.
