I usually don't review... I usually don't write reviews for products, much less companies, but I was so blown away by Custom Buttons Inc. I had a very time sensitive order (three days with two of them being holidays) and when I had questions I was shocked that a real person in Arizona answered the phone and my questions. When the art department realized my file had issues, they immediately emailed and I was able to send them a revised art file. I got the buttons in the mail today and they look amazing. Exactly as I hoped they would look. From now on I will only use Custom Buttons for jobs. Excellent service!
Decided on CUstom Buttons of our 4 great grandchildren as a Xmas gift for my wife. Very short notice but they were more than accomodating. Intend to use them in the future. JH

The buttons were delivered in a timely manner, and the graphics department was very helpful when picking an image that would look best on the buttons.

We needed a quick turn around for an event, and then needed to order more custom magnets, and CustomButtons.com provided excellent customer service, quick shipping, and a great price. All of the attendees at our event were very pleased with the keepsake magnet.
I needed a small amount of buttons in a very short time, and CustomButtons really delivered! I received a proof of my image, was able to email directly back to the designer to change it a bit, and they had my buttons printed and shipped to me within a day. It was worth the extra charge for rush delivery, to have the buttons to give out at a national conference. Great experience!

Everything was on time, the buttons looked excellent, and the customer service was on it with my order and pricing! The turn around time was surprisingly good given that it was during the holidays. (only suggestion would be to send a tracking #, so I would have known when it was shipped off) Otherwise, it was truly well executed !

Aug 20,2022Buyer beware. First, I'd like to address that I've seen a couple times where this company sort of goes after people for poor reviews. Justifying before acknowledging is unacceptable. Second, my situation. Monday, I placed an order for 52 pins. I paid more for expedited shipping than for the pins. The website said I would get them by Thursday of the same week. As promised, I got an email within two hours asking me to approve the proof. I approved it immediately. Then over the next couple days I received 5 additional emails asking me to approve the proof. I finally chatted in, and had an agent tell me it would take ~2.5 weeks to get them. I was disappointed but it is what it is. I simply asked that my expedited shipping costs be refunded to me. He stated that it would be. Fast forward 2 more days and I just get an email from them asking me to approve the delayed shipping. I was shocked. They still haven't started the order at all, and my five on line approvals of the proof, as well as my chat with their support person, were all for nothing. I finally decided to call in. After 10 minutes of hearing "Thank you for calling" IVR, I was connected with a support person. I explained my situation and just asked for an update and if they could actually just get the order started. The person I spoke with was matter of fact and just asked for my order number or email address. I provided that, and then it was dead air for a minute or so. I finally asked "Are you still there?" and he said "yes." Then a minute later asked me now for the fourth time if I was ok with the shipping times. No attempt to acknowledge my frustration, no empathy, nothing. I know, I know. Pins, nothing too urgent, but come on, do better! I finally just asked him to cancel my order. There are a million places on line to get pins made. Guess I just chose the wrong one.
