I was charged an extra $87 for the buttons to be here on Thursday and they got here on Friday so they are useless to me now because the event was Thursday

Thanks for all of your help. The reason for three stars is that we never received the buttons to a clerical error with the order. I never received a confirmation of the order, which masked the error on the address. Thankfully the purchase was refunded, but it still was a disappointment at my wife's farewell event.

I ordered 100 square button refrigerator magnets. Being my first order, I didn't know what to expect. But the process was quite simple and very quick! Customer service was helpful and friendly. This place was great, I needed buttons for a memorial service lastinute and the were able to get them done that day and we received them the next day. The pins looked beautiful and the customer service was great! So glad I chose this company, also they charged me a lot less than I thought it was going to be especially for overnight delivery. Highly recommend!!

Generally very responsive. I would have given 5 Stars, but was a bit let down during my last transaction, possibly a one time miss, but it sticks in one's mind.
