Mar 16,2017I dont understand how small companies last if repeat business doesn’t matter to them. I was disappointed with the way the final product came out. I contacted to let them know and was going to ask about reordering a small amount, but they immediately responded letting me know that it is my fault the buttons don’t look good and thats that. I wasn’t trying to get my money back, or get them to send me anything more than what already paid for. I wanted to work with them to get my button right. There are plenty of other companies locally that i can speak with someone in person and get the a better result easier than this. Im really disappointed with my experience here.

Mar 15,2017The first design I sent looked too dark once I saw the preview (our fault, not theirs) and they were super fast to redo the preview once I sent a new file. Even with my delay, the buttons came in on the originally promised date. Good quality, good price.
