They kept me posted on my order, gave me great sample ideas, and the delivery was on time. Their products is high quality. The wedding guests were impressed by the key rings. From the first time we made contact, they were so kind and patient with our numerous requests. Not to mention that I am based is Durban and they are in Cape Town, however, we received our order timeously and hassle-free. The prices are also beyond reasonable compared to other service provider. When planning a wedding, you need a service provider that will understand you, be patient with you and most importantly give you EXACTLY what you want, and that is what we received from Custom Craft Co. What I appreciated the most, having not experienced it with other service providers, is that they consulted us on every simgle detail to make sure that we were happy.Thank you once again.
