Sep 20,2024Beware, this company advertises products they do not have in stock. I was contacted privately by email with a unique offer to purchase a ÂŁ1062 Roberto Coin diamond necklace I had been looking at on the CW Sellors website. After clicking through and purchasing the item I received an email saying it was not in stock and would need to be purchased direct from the manufacturer in Italy. Why was this not made clear at purchase point? I waited two weeks with no update, at which point I came here to Trust Pilot and saw that this is how they operate! Many customers have waited months for their items and in some case the item has not arrived at all. I have now had to open a dispute with Paypal as I have no faith that will refund me my money. They are clearly a very dishonest company. I would suggest you shop elsewhere.

Sep 19,2024It was explained when ordering that delivery would take two weeks and it did. However after visiting their Matlock branch and purchasing items whilst there I was confident. I’m over the moon with the item I ordered and wouldn’t hesitate to be a return customer.
