The staff is very friendly and answer any and all questions you may have. There are different programs you can choose from.
I attended the Network Engineering program at CyberTex Institute of Technology, and I loved every moment of it! From the start, the admissions team made me feel like family, guiding me through the process with genuine care. The financial aid staff was incredibly supportive, making it easy to navigate funding options and ensuring I had everything I needed to invest in a better future. Thanks to CyberTex, I feel confident and excited about the brighter path ahead. Highly recommend this school for anyone looking to advance their career!
Do not recommend at all ! A total waste of money and the little time you do spend there. Instructors don’t teach and not even adequately prepared or experienced to be able to lead any class. Lab etiquette is poor, supplies are always missing something, constant mishaps that shouldn’t even happen if students were under the supervision of a REAL EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTOR OR ANY INSTRUCTOR AT ALL. The night class is terrible no supervision or order whatsoever due to the main office being gone before the time night class is let out. LOTS of inappropriate behavior and activity going on with no reprimands or consequences. Honestly just find another school this $18,000 and 11 months of pure malarkey ! They roused their students by promising a subscription with the national honors society for scholars looking into continuing education in the medical field. They took peoples money promised them a subscription and never got it ! They’re not professional the way they ask or request late payments. No professionalism from anyone in there honestly. For this to be a medical school this is beyond me. They are wrong and honestly TOMATO TOMATO TOMATO
Honestly this is the 1st vocational school i have ever come across that sets you up for failure. Instructors give quizzes on material about subjects before they are discussed in class. No live demonstration on basic skills in laboratory hours It gives the feel of essentially a teach yourself mode. Then if you fail they can help you. You still fail and Bestmen will openly ridicule you to others in your class as well as other classes for asking for help
Absolute scam. I finished with my classes and graduated, but was given no help, none of the staff emailed me back or tried to get in contact with me after I asked about exam dates. So, surprise! I miss exams. So I have nothing to show with the schooling that I got. Literally nothing. I might as well not even have gone. It was a waste of money. Not only that, but staff did not help me with my resume or to find a job - like they promised they would - after I graduated. Don’t go here. It’s a waste of your time and money.
I passed, it was better than I expected. I even got a better teacher. I can't complain.
The staff and Instructors are very helpful. I learned a lot during my classroom time. Luckily I received a job offer ran during my externship and got it, what I learned from these school will help me do my job and succeed in my career progression. If anyone needs a tutor or have questions to ask, they’re willing to help and making sure you’ll understand in your level of knowledge.
This school has been the best thing that’s happened to me and I actually secured a job! Thank u Cybertex!!!
The teachers are amazing and I learned so much!!! I highly recommend the medical assistant program!!
CyberTex was a great school with an AMAZING staff.
CyberTex Institute is not your typical learning center. I have been to college and even when I received my degree with Honors, I can't tell you that I felt prepared to get a job in the IT industry. I found CyberTex and decided that the mix of hands-on training from industry experts as well as new textbooks to reference the certification objectives gave me the perfect blend of learning. It takes a lot of commitment on my end also paired with the help of CyberTex, but the knowledge gained makes me feel prepared to work in the IT field with confidence. I highly recommend CyberTex for those who truly want to be a professional in this field.
I love the hands on experience I get to prepare me to the job market. The instructors are well grounded and helpful. I would recommend this college for anyone who wants to have hands on experience to grow in their career field , especially in Medical Assisting.
I love cybertex !! Carey and Tim are The best !! I couldn’t have picked a better school than cybertex to do the MA (Medical Assistant) program.
The staff are amazing and keep up with you every step of the way!
Instructors care about your success and make learning engaging, hands on and fun. All of them are highly intelligent, know this line of work and have the experience in the field to back it up. I enjoyed my class time here and have learned a lot. Fast paced but if you take this seriously it will rewarding for you. This is course is like any type of professional development environment. You will get out of it what you put into it. If I can do it anyone can as I worked a full time job, went to school full time here, served in the military as a Army Reservist and have a family. Looking forward to getting more experience in the medical field. Thanks.
A pleasant study
CyberTex places you in a worry-free environment such as you do not have to pay anything toward your tuition unless you are paying cash.
No help to find a job
Thanks to my teacher, Mrs. Miranda Berry, I was very successful in going through the medical assistant program at the Killeen location for Cybertex. I hear that she is no longer there, but if she ever sees this review, I hope she knows how appreciated she was in sharing her own experiences in the medical field and demonstrating the many different healthcare scenarios and situations we might face, so that we were better able to understand things from a visual and hands on perspective, instead of just lecturing and hoping that we retain the knowledge on our own. It is because of Mrs. Berry that I went on to pass all 3 certification exams (Certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Tech, and EKG Tech) through NHA on the very first try for each of them! Overall I can say that the school in general when I attended from Aug 2014-June2015 was a good experience for me. I learned how capable I was in succeeding greatly of doing something I was afraid to do. I The only complaint I have is that at the end of my time for the program, the school failed me where they were supposed to help me get started in my career. I was basically left to fend for myself, and it took me over a year and half to even get interviews anywhere before I finally found a job position in any of my 3 certifications. :(
