May 07,2021The day after placing the order of the Elephant Bike, the team called me to check the details and explain to me that the Bike was being constructed and that they would call me again to arrange a delivery time. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The bike, after some basic adjustments for my height, was exactly as expected. Solid, dependable, and capable of easily hauling up to 40kg of stuff without breaking a sweat. It's an excellent cargo bike from a company that wears its ethical approach proudly on it's sleeves!

May 07,2021Arrival day - I was contacted by cycleofgood by mobile a few days before my bike actually arrived - it arrived 2 days after it was collected from their premises - they provided a tracking over night service to Northern Ireland. Package was excellent ...all recyclable and the inner protective filling was recycled cardboard boxes - thinly sliced! All tools provided - instructions including photos emailed. Cycleofgood moved heaven and earth to get me a quote to courier this bike to Northern Ireland at lowest cost - well done! All comms were great and nothing was a problem! Very pleased with the bike very robust and easy to get going out of the box! Literally! ! Good adjustment to seat and handlebars! Also ordered a tablet cover and it’s lovely too - beautifully made and lined inside!

Apr 17,2021I love my bike, but i worry that the reason for that is the freedom it gives and not down to the actual structure of the bike. Problems arose after the second outing on it, almost immediately it started to come apart, the peddle wabbled out and i had purchase tools to fix it, then the seat bearings fell out causing the seat to come off, the gears also stopped working after a week meaning i'm stuck at max gear making the hills very difficult and the most recent problem was the £60 paneers and their closing piece that fell off meaning one of them is lidless. There is an upside however as the company has wonderful people working for it, and after explaining my issues to them they sent replacements and aided me with the repairs.

There was a slight issue with one of the items but on notifying the company they went above and beyond what I was expecting so very good customer service - I would be more than happy to order goods again from the company and highly recommend them.
