Nov 11,2020Quick delivery and very nicely packaged. The phone case is good quality, and ideal for cycle runs - but a little tight for my phone (iPhone XR). Perhaps suggest two things - clear guidance on sizing, and a couple of sizes now that phones are getting bigger generally.

Nov 11,2020After my last bike was stolen these guys worked wonders to deliver an elephant bike in just two days! This is the perfect bike for moving heavy loads, shopping and pootling around town. Even though heavy still managed to get up up a 6% hill in first gear. An by issues just give them a call and they sorted it. Many thanks

Oct 29,2020Initial delivery was prompt but additional carrier was wrong colour and tray cover missing. One call and a second delivery 1 day later resolved this. Happy with bike good quality refurb. Tray carrier took some adjustment to fit the plastic tray but nothing serious. Rear hub break is slightly less efficient than the front, only noticeable on a hill. Gear changes are slick. Seat very cumfy.

Dec 16,2020Cycle of Good have been nothing but excellent during the whole process. Clear and concise contact over the phone throughout, even though I was having the bike delivered to somewhere I wasn't going to be. Friendly and caring and good at their jobs. Would highly recommend.
