Being a landlord in London can be stressful, but Ace Property Inventory Services made the inventory check-in process seamless. Their inventory clerks are well-trained, friendly and detail-oriented.
I’ve used a few inventory clerk services before, but this one really stands out. The check-out report was detailed, accurate, and delivered quickly. It saved me a lot of time and effort when dealing with my tenants.
Ace Property Inventory Services has been fantastic in handling my property inventory needs. Their attention to detail during the inventory check-in process gave me peace of mid as a landlord. The team was professional, punctual, and thorough.
I paid (in advance, £110) for an inventory to take place on 20 November. On 19 Nov I was asked if it can be re-booked. I replied it couldn't as the tennant was due in the afternoon of the 20th. Then on the morning of the 20th, I received an email saying the clerk had covid and couldn't come. I was told a re-imbursement would be arranged. Firstly I have doutbs as to whether or not it was cancelled on account of covid as Ace had previously try to cancel the booking. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt. On 20 October I received an email reply from 'Victor' (who at a later date I spoke to, he identified himself as the manager). He said, "If you can not reschedule we can refund your fee today without delay!" Three emails later I still had not received my money back. I then phoned their office on 13 November and spoke to 'Victor', and the money was then returned on 14 November. It is quite clear to me that Ace were hoping I'd forget about the refund or not bother chasing it up, claiming it has to go to 'the accounts department' etc giving the impression there was elaborate bureacratic machinery it has to pass through, when clearly it was a very easy and quick transaction which he COULD have processed the same day as promised but failed to do so. This man called 'Victor' who is the manager is probably actually Ketan Patel the owner of the company. The result of lies and abuse of trust is that I will never use this company again and I recommend others avoid them too.
Omg! If I can just help one customer to avoid this company!!! Please please please run! I can’t believe they have a running business. I booked in a check in and inventory for my tenants. They did not arrive. When I first called, he lied to say that it wasn’t in the system and then he found the booking. He then sent me an invoice for half off and asked for payment in advance. Why would I pay upfront for a company that does not show up or inform their clients they are running late? I called back to say I would be happy to pay once the service has been done - providing it’s actually done this time. Like many other landlord services (repairs, cleaners, handymen). The gentleman then began SHOUTING at me, calling me ungrateful. Omg!! How has this company not been run to the ground. I asked him to stop shouting and when he did not, I disconnected the call. Please use ANY other inventory company you find on google. They will NOT turn up and you will miss your check in and inventory. I wish I checked the reviews beforehand! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
I needed a report last minute and Ace Inventory Services was able to accommodate. Easy communication, reasonable prices, accurate report. I will be calling them for the end of tenancy check out. Thanks again!
This company doesn’t give me any confidence since day i when I booked their service. They said they would send me invoice but didn’t. After I reminded them, they got another company to send me an invoice with higher price than their quote in the website. I called a couple of times and they eventually corrected the invoice. Then when I sent them the check in report requested by them to prepare for the check out work, due to the large size of the file, I had to split the file into 4 parts. Then they said one part didn’t work and asked me to resend. I asked them to confirm if the other parts work and if not, I can re send all of them again. They didn’t answer my questions at all. I called and wanted to confirm, the staff over the phone was very impatient, rude and unprofessional. The whole process already made me feel that they are unprofessional or unreliable.
Ace Property Inventory Services provided us with a detailed photographic inventory report. Their team was friendly, and efficient, and gave me a really good price for the report. I will use them again and highly recommend their service.
I was concerned about using this company given some of the very negative reviews on this site and did in fact cancel the inventory request. However I was persuaded to give them a chance and am glad to say that Ace did a very thorough jobs at a reasonable price and am plaesed with the results.

A complete waste of time and resources. Their inventories are worthless. You would be better off going elsewhere.
We asked this company to do an inventory for us but the result was extremely poor. To make things worse the owner was rude and confrontational. One of those people that "it's everyone else's fault and not me" kind. Will never use them again. There are much better companies out there.
We used this company a few times as the clerks did a good job. Unfortunately, Viktor the owner came and did some check-out inventories and one Check-in but was on his phone most of the time. He missed a lot which caused us to lose a considerable amount of time and money. Not to be used again. Ever.
