Feb 13,2020I sold my catering van with Daltons Business I tried selling my Catering Van on different sites for the previous year but I was only able to get a few inquiries. I then advertised my catering van on the Dalton business platform in September 2019, I went for the 6 month package option as I knew it could take time. I had 42 enquires to which some viewed the van and some didn’t, I felt it was a long journey but well worth it. I then got a serious buyer who came 3 times and I SOLD the van week of the 3rd Feb 2020. I would like to thank Daltons business and especially Ella as she worked and supported me throughout the 6 months, this is why I’m giving 5 stars, and it was well worth the money. I advise people things take time to sell but it’s worth the wait.

Jan 27,2020Had a large number of enquiries for my Cafe business but the realistic ones were quite easy to spot. Mainly due to location but as I had covered pretty much everything in my ad people simply asking for more information didn't really grab my attention. Eventually sold to the fourth viewers after about 3 months.

Jan 16,2020I tried selling my cleaning business on different platforms for a few years but I was unable to get any inquiries. I then advertised my business on the Dalton platform in September 2019 using their 6 month package. I am happy to report that I received a call from a serious buyer in October 2019. This inquiry then led to the purchase of my business in November 2019 and I officially handed over the business in December, 2019. I had a very good experience using the Dalton platform and working with Stephen Brookman who was our agent. Thank you.

Jan 12,2020I went for the 6 month option. I got a handful of enquiries in the last couple of months only but from these, only one person was actually contactable. So for me, this was an expensive disappointment.

Dec 24,2019Having been told what a great advert I had put together for the sale of my business, and how it would sit perfectly in their website, I didn’t receive even one enquiry, and no follow up email to see how it was going. Too quick to take my money......a lesson learned

Dec 19,2019Placed two x 3 month ads. 2nd one paid extra to be featured as almost no enquiries from first ad. Few replies I got, coincidentcially just after I placed ad and again at renewal were fake I guess, or time wasters. First ad got about 4 inquiries all asking for more info. Each email came back as undeliverable. I had an ice business to sell and listed as such. When I searched for ice business for sale, ice merchants for sale etc, My business almost never appeared in the results. Cafes, Pubs, alsorts, but no ice suppliers, manufacturers etc. Paid extra to be featured. Once you place you ad they contact you and suggest it is a necessary ad on. In 6 months I had about 8 replies even though I reduced the price from £150K to about £60K. Each enquiry was just for more info, the two emails that didn't come back undeliverable were from time wasters who wanted to buy the business at a rediculous offer, just to sell it on again.

Dec 17,2019Your side did very well, it was me that was to blame for any lost interest as have been very ill over the period of the advert The people I did have interested seemed like they wanted to copy what I was doing . ( Picking my brains). Only one was serious and they lived abroad and did'nt come over to view. I would choose Daltons again as it is a well organised company with friendly hard working staff. Lyn.

Dec 17,2019very happy to receive a call from Stephanie, after my last review, who has successfully moved our advert in order to reach a wider search group. The messages from prospective buyers has also been changed and is now coming to my email. It seems that some staff are very helpful and some are just after your money. Happier with Stephanie's intervention.
