Dec 10,2024La commande s'est très bien passé. La livraison UPS par contre "l'horeur". Dancover ne s'occupe pas du "suivi" donc vous êtes tributaire de l'incompétence de UPS. D'abord les livraisons sont changés selon leur gré, puis 1/2 (envoi séparé!) est endommagé et le 2ième arrive également endommagé. Selon le site Dancover il faut - malgré les endommagements - accepter les marchandises !?!? Le client n'a pas de valeur pour Dancover. Déception totale

Dec 10,2024Wir haben ein Weidezelt für unsere Pferde gekauft. Trotz korrekter Montage wurde das Weidezelt bei maximal mittelschwerem Wind an einem Vormittag vollständig zerstört. Bei der Demontage mussten wir feststellen,dass das Material extrem minderwertig und instabil ist. So konnten wir die Stangen des Weidezeltes mit bloßen Händen verbiegen und zerbrechen. Der Kundenservice zeigte trotz diverser Lichtbilder und unserer Schilderung keinerlei Einsicht und wies uns die Schuld zu, so dass wir uns nun die klageweise Geltendmachung des Kaufpreises vorbehalten. Das Material ist so sicherlich nicht zu dem üblichen Verwendungszweck geeignet. Es war einzig dem Zufall geschuldet, dass unsere Tiere nicht verletzt wurden.Wir können aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nur vom Kauf abraten.

Dec 10,2024Website buying experience was easy / effective.. purchase with confidence, however delivery, a huge let down, still waiting - have received 9 UPS delivery notifications since ordering, each time the delivery time / day changes.. still waiting, even though the order confirmation indicated 3 days .. Ultimately they need to improve & simply not blame the courier, just change your courier that can support your online purchase experience..

Dec 10,2024This is the other order -Dreadful service AGAIN (after spending… Dreadful service (after spending £1500). Once they have your money, sales don't care. UPS delivery are S**T and are difficult to contact. This is the 3rd day UPS have promised to deliver (3 emails a day updating & saying they are delivering and I've stayed in waiting for them) and still no delivery. Use anyone else for storage, House of Tents, UK Tents anyone but Dancover. Their customer service says it's not their problem and have NO interest in helping. She just said complain through the website. Dreadful, poor and unprofessional service. Avoid at all costs.
