Nov 01,2022Arranged for a visit for Niels to look at our Combi Boiler for 12pm onwards. At 8.30pm I called Niels to ask why he did not let me know he wasn't going to turn up. He then said that he would get a bite to eat and be there in 25 minutes. Surely unacceptable?

Oct 11,2022Great - contacted Niels on a Sunday - he came 2 hours later and fixed not only my main problem (washing machine drain overflowing) but also the recurring stench we had for a couple years in our bathroom by cleaning the pipes when previous plumber had been unable to find the problem. It only took him 1,5 hour to fix everything and he really went the extra mile I found. I really appreciate, thank you very much again.

Dec 03,2021Superb work carried out with professional excellence. New halogen hob fitted into awkward work surface. Replaced old gas hob that was smaller. Managed to resize the hole and modified the existing electrical supply to meet modern safety standards. The whole installation has been faultless and we are very happy with everything.

Aug 23,2021We had an emergency leak, a shower pump failed abs had water pouring and the isolation valve was broken. Neils came in a very short time from the initial call, worked in a very professional and timely manner and repaired the old system. I could not recommend him more highly.

Aug 09,2021I had a plumbing emergency with water pouring out of a pipe in the kitchen. This happened at 7pm on Sunday evening and I called Neils immediately, so relieved as he answered the phone and was at my house within an hour. He stopped the leakage immediately and then set about discovering the source (the piping from the hot water tank to my kitchen connection was faulty and had separated) then repairing the damage. I cannot praise his services highly enough, responsive, professional and thorough, explained everything and did a fantastic job - thank you! I have already booked him to come back to do other plumbing jobs. Highly recommended

Jul 18,2021Niels was incredible. Called for emergency on a late Friday night. He arrived within 15 minutes and as soon as he walked in I felt secure. I just felt he knew what he was doing. He was so professional, and stayed with my husband till 2 in the morning emptying our water tank. Amazing! He was then there for us the next morning trying to work out a solution. I don’t feel pushed into spending money. Felt was given sensible options. We haven’t finished what needs to be done, but feel he’s there with us. Brilliant. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks Niels.
