I am an older person having difficulties navigating the complex process, and would not have been able to complete the process without her guidance. Danielle should be in charge because someone who cares that much about her job for such a little case as mine is so conscientious that if she was running the company, DHIA would take over the entire field. I will send all of my business your way and tell everyone in my field they are ill served unless they are coming to DHIA.
