Customer service very good, i order the wrong size and they promptly contacted me by phone once they received the return and had another out asap.

It says partial refund but it is in fact a full refund, it says that as postage is not paid which is normal these days when buying online it is the only downside sometimes it ends up costing more money to return. Millie was very helpful, thank you.
