Every time since there has been a charge every time conversions, revisions, deployment fees where instead of all this should have been recognized as done from the previous request when I discovered I was massively overcharged for something I never asked for! Feb 24,2024Getting clear information about pricing was like pulling teeth. Even once I decided that I wanted to move forward and buy a subscription, it's been absurdly difficult. You've got this online platform that requires an inordinate amount of interaction with a salesperson which impedes progress. If you have a great product at a fair price, put it out for the the world to see and make it easy to join! At this point, I've received a request to fill out a survey before I've even gotten access to the platform.
