Even after excluding franchises, many of the businesses were still large, commercial chains rather than privately owned restaurants. I also noticed a lot of duplicates, with the same business appearing multiple times just for different locations. I was hoping for a list with more unique, independently owned restaurants to better target my marketing efforts.

Oct 08,2024My representative did not have the knowledge to help me. We spoke several times for over a week. I explained to him (Connor) exactly what I needed and what I was planning to do. He agreed to what I expressed and I paid my printer to design Postcards and then it was rejected and I was given all the rules after the fact. My experience was horrible and disappointing. Data Axle is requesting additional information, but I do not know what else I can say. Again, Connor and I discussed what I wanted to mail out, we spoke about a speciality list and he had plenty of time to discuss what the guidelines were. We spoke on the phone at least 5 times. If he would of done his job, I would not have paid my printer to do the art work and print the material to be rejected. If he knew what was acceptable and shared that with me, I would of had the graphics done to satisy the rules.
