Oct 30,2024REKOMMENDERAS!!! Jag fick jättebra service och den nya displayen blev perfekt och lagad på bara en halvtimme. Dessutom mycket prisvärt! Valde denna butik i Gullmarsplan fast jag bor i Täby och jag valde rätt:-) Håller med om alla fina omdömen som Datorreparation i Gullmarsplan har fått. Tack Datorreparation!

Sep 09,2024I had a laptop that would not start. Took it there and they said for a fixed price they would diagnose and repair it. They also said if it needed part I would have to pay for them. That all sounded good. About a week later they sent me an sms saying to call them (no number included). When I talked to someone, they said that they cannot exactly pinpoint the issue and that they need to order parts from China and the repair would take 2 months and cost around 4000 to 5000 sek. When I went to pick up the laptop there were screws missing on the laptop. I wanted a diagnosis report, but they could not provide that. I asked to talk to the technician. As he was sick, they promised me he would call me the next day. About 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the call. I don't think these guys even bothered to find the issue or maybe they don't know how. It's the last place I would ever take anything for repair there.

Jul 03,2024För 3 månader sedan gick min dator sönder. Det var fel på någonting inuti datorn. Jag köpte en felsökning och blev uppringd 2 dagar senare när de hittat felet. De tog extra betalt för att byta ut delen, jag tror att det var runt 1000 kr. Min dator fungerar som det ska nu flera månader senare.

Apr 23,2024Datorn lagades redan samma vecka. Tydlig information från personalens sida. Nära till Gullmarsplans tunnelbanestation (och Tvärbanan) - smidigt att åka vidare till jobbet efter inlämning.

Feb 11,2022När min macbook blev vattenskadad lyckade Datorreparation snabbt reparera den så att den nu fungerar utmärkt! Hela processen var otroligt smidig, jag skickade in dator med post och så fort den kom fram till till butiken tittade de på den och kontakta mig men information om vad de kunde fixa och vad det skulle kosta. De reparerade den sedan direkt och skickade tillbaka den samma dag. Är väldigt nöjd med både reparationen, servicen och priset!

Oct 26,2020Otroligt dålig kommunikation och långsam service. Det tog en evighet att få veta vad är för fel med min dator och att få den tillbaka.

Feb 22,2025Absolutely AMAZING service! It almost feels like they saved my life. My computer screen had given up from out of nowhere, and I was desperate to get it fixed that same day as I had several important deadlines coming up within a week of it happening, with no backup for anything to do it on a borrowed computer. The stress was unbearable! I am so grateful that this place came up as the first option on Google. I was met with great, kind, and really professional service. After explaining my situation, they did their utmost to find a way to solve the problem quickly. Long story short, they said they would try to get it fixed as soon as possible, and I was happy with that. I was expecting it to take a few days, and I did not take it for granted that they could fix it instantly (seeing as it needed a new screen). I got a phone call that same day saying that I could pick my computer up. They really went out of their way out of kindness and professionalism, and not a bunch of extra money, to help me out. Additionally, they did a brilliant job. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!
