David was quick to respond via texts, phone, and/or email to all my questions very promptly. He also assured me that I could contact him with any questions or doubts that may arise in the future. That is so important for clients; particularly in matters such as Trusts. Dealing with lawyers/attorneys is not easy. David made it easy. I believe he charged a fair price for his work. I had to contact him again to handle my house trust deed because we refinanced our house. I didn't know much about what a warranty deed was, and he explained it to me. He always offers great advice when dealing with the documents he composed for me and before he issues advice, he will research the topic before providing the advice. He helped to set a trust, Series LLC and will/power of attorney. He got all real estate deeds properly transferred to Series LLC, and even acts as registered agent. The best service and very very reasonable price.
